Recently, a fully automated 1000kg-per-hour gas-fired soybean roasting production line was assembled, debugged, and officially packaged for shipment, helping customers achieve large-scale, standardized, and environmentally friendly soybean roasting production.
The entire production line is fully equipped, consisting of an elevator, a 12-meter gas-fired roaster, a vibrating screen, and a cooling line. It operates continuously and automatically throughout the entire process, and is equipped with a water curtain dust removal system, completing the entire process from feeding, roasting, screening, cooling to dust purification in one stop.
The equipment uses gas heating, which ensures rapid heating and uniform, controllable temperature, guaranteeing consistent color and rich flavor in the roasted soybeans, effectively preventing undercooked or burnt soybeans. The automated production line eliminates the need for manual handling and turning, significantly saving manpower. Production is stable and efficient, with a capacity of up to 1000 kg per hour, meeting the needs of batch processing.
All dust generated during the roasting process is centrally purified using a water curtain dust collector, effectively adsorbing particulate matter, improving the workshop production environment, meeting environmental protection requirements, and achieving efficient, green, and dust-free production.
